On January 23, 2023, Aptorum Group, Inc. (the “Company”) was notified that trading of its Class A Ordinary Shares, par value $10.00 per share on the Euronext Paris (Euronext Paris: APM), has been suspended as of that same date, so that the Company can update its information on the Euronext website to be consistent with the information on Nasdaq and to properly reflect the recently announced reverse stock split.
The Company’s Class A Ordinary Shares continue to trade on The Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “APM” at this time and we do not believe that will be affected by the suspension mentioned above.

The Company is working with Euronext Paris and the relevant agencies to update the appropriate information reflecting the reverse stock split and have its information updated on the Euronext website as soon as possible before resuming trading on the Euronext.
